Let’s get into some lapel based submissions! Some of the submissions you are about to see link up to the lapel guard system you’ve been studying but some do not. Keenan shows them anyway because they are fun ways to strangle your opponents with lapel attacks they probably never experienced before!
Lapel submissions will be convenient to use since after you swept your opponent the lapels will already be opened and ready to use. Who doesn’t love adding more submissions to their arsenal?
